Does Xaaya take a commission on rentals?
No. Xaaya collects no payment and takes no commission. The platform makes the connection; the transaction is settled directly between the parties, after visiting the property.
How do I know whether a listing is trustworthy?
Every listing shows a trust score out of 100, computed from owner verification, number of photos, description quality, account age, and price consistency with the local market. A score below 40 should prompt extreme caution.
Why do listings expire?
A listing is valid for 30 days and can be extended in one click by its author. This guarantees that displayed properties are genuinely available, instead of leaving listings rented months ago online.
Who can publish a listing?
Owner, agency and broker accounts. Publishing is free and unlimited. You can change your account type at any time from your profile.
How does account verification work?
Fill in your full name, phone number and a profile picture, then publish at least one complete listing. Our team validates within 48 working hours and your profile receives a verified badge.
What should I do if I suspect a scam?
Use the "Report" button on any listing, or the Report page. Describe precisely what happened and attach your screenshots. Our team handles reports within 48 hours.
Is my personal data sold?
Never. Xaaya does not resell any personal data and shows no targeted advertising. See our privacy policy for the full details.
Can I use Xaaya offline?
Yes, partially. Xaaya is an installable app: pages you have already visited remain available offline, and the app syncs as soon as the network returns.
